摘　　要：近年来,生物产业呈现出快速增长的态势,已成为我国战略性支柱产业。但其发展需要巨大的资金支持,需要财政金融支持。因此,必须完善财政投入机制,发挥资本市场的发动机作用,建立金融风险防范体系和风险投资机制。Recently the bio-industry has been developing rapidly and becoming an strategic pillar industry in China.Meanwhile,huge fund investment and fiscal support are needed for its sustainable development.So the fiscal investment system should be improved and let capital market play its role,and build financial risk prevention system and risk investment system.
