摘　　要：保定市自实施"一主三次"城市发展战略以来,白沟.白洋淀温泉城发展活力进一步凸显,城市化进程进一步加快,经济和社会各项事业取得了明显成效,但在发展过程中也存在一些突出的矛盾和问题。根据白沟.白洋淀温泉城的基本情况,对保东次中心城市建设中遇到的主要问题及深层问题进行剖析,提出相应的对策建议。Based on the in-depth survey on construction and development of the sub-center city of the east Baoding, we discovered that Baigou-Baiyangdian wenquancheng has seen a vigorously development with the acceleration of urbanization. The economic and social causes have achieved a lot. However, there are some conflicts and problems emerging in the course of development. Therefore, the outline of Baigou-Baiyangdian wenquancheng has been taken as the first part of the paper, followed by the prudent analysis on the major and more profound problems and issues coming from the sub-center city of the east Baoding, and the related strategies have been delivered in the end.
