摘　　要：改革开放以来,保定市经济取得了巨大成就,尤其是解决"三农"问题的一系列政策的出台,广大农民的人均收入也随之增加,由此带动了农村居民人均消费水平的提高。基于近年来保定市农村居民的消费状况,研究和分析保定市1995—2008年间农村居民消费水平的变化趋势,同时探讨保定市农村居民消费的影响因素,并提出新农村建设背景下促进保定市农村居民消费的具体措施。Since reform and opening up to the outside world, Baoding has made great achievements in economy, the per capita income of the majority of farmers increases in particular with the issue of a series of policies covering the ＂three agriculture＂, which is boosting the per capita consumption level of rural residents. Based on the statistical consumption of rural residents of Baoding in recent years, the paper makes in-depth research and analysis on the consumption changes to the rural residents of Baoding from 1995 to 2008, exploring the impact on the consumption of the rural residents of Baoding, and finally propose a new context of promoting the rural household consumption of Baoding on the background of constructing new villages.
