摘 要:深圳、广州、北京三地党报集团实施了不同的核心竞争力战略:深圳报业是资源整合模式;南方报业是品牌创新模式;而北京日报报业集团是经营创新模式。形成这三种战略模式的主要原因在于报业发展的地区文化差异、经济差异、相关政策的支持及当地的报业竞争环境和领军人物因素等等。从对比可以得出,要提高报业集团核心竞争力需采取因地制宜、积极创新、多元开发等战略。The party newspapers in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Beijing are significantly different and have developed their own models: Shenzhen Press Group is integrated resource model; South Press Media Group is branded innovation model, while Beijing Daily Newspaper Group is innovated business models. The evolution of these three models lies in the factors in terms of differences in local culture and economy, relevant policy support and local competitive environment and so on. The paper makes a comparison of these three models and concludes that the core competitiveness of newspaper groups should pay attention to the local conditions, positive innovation and force development, etc.
