摘  要:本文重点对22米数控立式车床出现的吊车与刀架相撞事故的处理过程进行了描述,作为维修工作的具体操作和执行人,参与了事故的调查、分析和诊断以及维修方案的制定,利用自己丰富的实践经验,对处理方案进行优化,在机床的解体、装配、复位提出了最佳的解决办法,尤其是在刀架的检查和“校型”上,以详实的原因调查和拆除过程中的观察,消除了自然挠度变形对刀架检查结果的影响,排除了由此的对机床有较大影响的维修方案,为三峡机组的完成赢得了时间。This paper emphasizes the description of processing procedure of the accident in which the crane and the tool rest of 22-meter CNC vertical lathe crash into each other. As the specific operator and executor of the maintenance work, the author participated in the investigation, analysis, diagnosis and formulating the maintenance project of the accident, took advantage of his own rich practical experience, optimized the processing scheme, and put forward optimum solution for the disassembly, assembly, and reset of the machine tool; especially in the inspection and "alignment" of the tool rest, based on thorough investigation into causes and observations on dismantling process, eliminated the influence of the natural deflection on the results of inspection of the tool rest, rejected those maintenance plans which had great influence on machine tool, and thus won the time for the accomplishment of the Three Gorges units.
