摘　　要：本文通过对XK718三坐标数控立式铣床的改造实例的分析，介绍机床数控改造的概念和意义，重点阐述了在改造过程中数控系统选型的原则和流程。Based on analysis of the reconstruction case of XK718 three coordinates CNC vertical milling machine, this paper introduces the concept and the significance of numerical control machine-tool transformation, and mainly expounds the selective principle and process of the numerical control system in the process of transformation.
