摘　　要：安塞油田在井下作业、采出水处理、原油集输等领域使用各类油田化学品,年用量近3000t,通过规范管理,严把准入、储存及使用等环节的过程控制,同时加强各级人员对油田化学品的理化特性、操作处置、储存及使用过程中的安全注意事项等的培训,提高储存、使用安全,确保油田化学品使用全过程受控。Various types of oilfield chemicals are used in many fields at Ansai Oilfield,such as downhole operation,produced water treatment,crude oil gathering and transportation.The amount of oilfield chemicals is nearly 3,000 tons per year.Our factory adopts standardized management,strict access,storage and use of various links in the process control. Meanwhile,it strengthens training of the oilfield staff at all levels on physical and chemical properties of chemicals,disposal operations,storage and safety rules in the process of using the chemicals.There is also training on improving storage and safety use of the chemicals so that the whole process to use oilfield chemicals can be ensured to be under control.
