摘 要:采用热蒸发方法在硅衬底上制备三氧化钼(MoO3)纳米带薄膜.通过紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射谱及光电子能谱分析电致变色前后产物的透射谱、形貌、结构以及价态变化,研究薄膜的电致变色机理.研究表明,三氧化钼纳米带具有较好的电致变色性能,其中包括较快的变色响应时间以及在可见光区较大的透过率变化.变色原因为Li+和e-的双注入导致MoO3的晶体结构及部分的钼离子的价态发生变化..Molybdenum trioxide nanobelts films were prepared on silicon substrate by thermal evaporation methods.The electrochromic effect and the coloration mechanism of the film are investigated in detail by Ultraviolet-Visible-Near Infrared (UV-VIS-NIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).The studies show that WO3 nanowire films own good electrochromic properties, including a rapid response time (1~3s) and a large contrast ratio of transmittance between the bleached and the colored states.These improvements are due to the loose structure of the films.The studies reveal that the electrochromism of MoO3 nanobelts films is caused by Li+ and e-injection.Along with the injection, a part of the molybdenum atoms' valence and the lattices structure change.
