摘 要:大豆异黄酮属于生物黄酮的一种,不仅具有促生长、增强免疫力、抗氧化、降血脂和抗癌等活性,而且可以缓解热应激对动物的不良影响.文章主要从产蛋率、饲料转化率、采食量、日增重、胴体品质、抗氧化酶类、丙二醛、微量元素、抗体水平、免疫器官及细胞因子等方面叙述了大豆异黄酮的抗热应激作用,并且从大豆异黄酮自身结构特点及其对动物内分泌系统的下丘脑-垂体-靶器官生长调节轴、酶性与非酶性抗氧化系统、特异性与非特异性免疫系统的调节等方面阐述了其发挥作用的可能机制.Soy isoflavone is one kind of bio-flavonoids.It is associated with a broad range of biological activities that include promoting growth, enhancing immunity, antioxidant, decreasing blood-lipid, anticancer and so on, so it can lessen the negative impact of stress on the animals.In this article, from the aspects of laying rate, feed conversion ratio, feed intake, daily gain, carcass quality, antioxidant enzymes, MDA, trace elements, antibody levels, immune organs and cytokines and so on, the role of lessening heat stress of soy isoflavones was illustrated.And the mechanism of soy isoflavones's role was also expounded from the aspects of their structural characteristics, their regulative role to hy-pothalamus-pituitary-target organ axis growth regulators, enzymes and non-enzymatic antioxidant system, specific and non-specific immune system and endocrine system regulation, etc.
