乳康酊的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乳康酊抑制乳腺增生及镇痛的作用。方法:采用大鼠苯甲酸雌二醇乳腺增生模型、热板及醋酸致痛等方法观察鼠乳头直径、血清雌二醇含量及痛阈组的变化。结果:乳康酊连续21 d对乳腺增生大鼠乳房皮肤给药,可明显减小乳头直径(P<0.05)和降低血清雌二醇含量;升高小鼠热板致痛的痛阈值;延长小鼠醋酸致痛时间和减少扭体次数。结论:乳康酊具有抑制大鼠乳腺增生及镇痛作用。Objective: To observe the effect of the anti-hyperplasia of mammary glands and analgesia.Methods: The mammary gland hyperplasia rat models induced by estradiol benzoate and hot-plate-induced painful rat models and ethylic acid-induced painful rat models were made to observe the diameter of the rat nipples,the content of serum eatradiol and the changes of painful threshold.Results: The nipples of the mammary gland hyperplasia rats were given Rukangding for 21 days.The diameter of the nipples was obviously reduced(P<0.05)and the content of serum eatradiol lowered.The value of the painful threshold rose.The time of the ethylic acid-induced pain extended and the times of the body torsion reduced.Conclusion: Rukangding has the effect of the anti-hyperplasia and analgesia.
