摘　　要：目的探讨社区综合干预对糖尿病患者的影响。方法将120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各60例,对干预组患者及家属进行社区综合干预,对照组不采取任何干预措施,持续6个月。结果干预组的遵医率高于对照组。干预组空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、血压降低,而对照组空腹血糖,总胆固醇有所增高。干预组的生命质量有所提高,而对照组却下降。结论社区综合干预可提高糖尿病患者的生命质量,是一种有效的措施,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive community-based intervention on patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into intervention group（n=60） and control group（n=60）.The comprehensive community-based intervention was conducted in intervention group for six months and no intervention measure was adopted in control group.Results The compliance rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group.The fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,and blood pressure of intervention group were decreased,while fasting blood glucose and serum total cholesterol of control group were increased.The life quality of intervention group was improved,while that of control group was declined.Conclusions Comprehensive community-based intervention can improve the life quality of patients with diabetes mellitus,it is an effective measure and worth popularizing and applying.
