膀胱炎性假瘤临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱炎性假瘤的临床病理特点及发病机制。方法对3例膀胱炎性假瘤进行临床资料分析、组织学形态和免疫表型观察。结果 2例曾长期接触橡胶,肉眼呈息肉状,镜下在慢性炎症及粘液样背景中,可见大小不一的梭形细胞,免疫组化3例均表达CD68,Vimentin,2例表达ALK,均不表达myogeninS-100,AE1/AE3,HMB45。结论膀胱镜活检是确诊的关键,手术切除可治愈,发病可能与变态反应有关。Objective Discuss clinical fake tumour of cystitis sex pathological mechanism characteristic and morbidity mechanism.Methods 3 cases of bladder inflammatory pseudotumor of the clinical data analysis, Histological observation of morphology and immuno phenotype.Results 2 patients had long-term exposure rubber, The naked eye showed polypoid, Chronic inflammation and mucus in the microscope, like the background, they are not of uniform size shuttle shape cell, 3 cases of immunohistochemical expression of CD68, Vimentin. 2 cases of expression of ALK, Do not express myogenin S-100 , AE1/AE3 , HMB45.Conclusion Bladder biopsy is the key to diagnosis, Cut off but cure operation , Disease may be related to allergy related.
