7例食管癌术后胸胃气道瘘的临床分析与护理

摘　　要：分析7例食管癌术后胸胃气道瘘病例的诊断、原因、处理方法及转归,总结并提出护理措施。对7例食管癌术后胸胃气道瘘患者进行体位护理,呼吸道护理,持续胃肠减压,正确及时按医嘱应用抑制胃酸分泌药物,营养支持,心理护理,患者5例痊愈,2例死亡。To analyze the cause, diagnosis, treatments and outcome of gstrobronchial fistula after esophagectomy for esophageal carcinoma. We propound some nursing methods. 7 patients were treated by body position nursing, airway nursing, gastrointestinal decompression, somatostatin, nutrition support and Mental Nursing. 5 patients recovered and 2 patients died.
