摘  要:以PG6541B燃气轮机为例,建立了燃气-蒸汽联合循环关键部件的数学模型,预测了燃用煤基合成气时联合循环的性能。结果表明,燃用煤基合成气时,提高压气机的压比使得联合循环的净功率和热效率最高,降低燃气轮机进口燃气温度使得联合循环的净功率和热效率最低。变工况性能分析表明,燃用煤基合成气的联合循环热效率比燃烧天然气时下降了2—3个百分点。Take PG6541 B gas turbine as example, the mathematic model of the key equipments of gas turbine combined cycle was built in the paper, and the performance of combined cycle when firing coal-based synthesis gas was forecasted. The results show that increasing compressor ratio when firing coal-based synthesis gas can make net power and thermal efficiency highest, and decreasing gas turbine inlet temperature can make net power and thermal efficiency lowest. The off-design performance calculation show the thermal efficiency of firing coal-based synthesis gas is decreased by 2 - 3 percent point than that of firing natural gas.
