摘 要:胀差是影响汽轮机启动速度和机组安全运行的重要因素,研究火电机组典型变工况下胀差的变化则更具有现实意义。以彬长电厂国产600MW超临界空冷汽轮机组为例,针对暖缸、冲转升速、变负荷、滑参数停机等几种典型变工况下的胀差变化进行了分析,并提出了以上几种变工况过程中胀差控制的要点。Differential expansion is a very important factor effecting the start-up speed and safety of power generating units operation. It is much more practical meaningful to research the changing of differential expansion during the classical changing operating-mode of power generating units. Taking the 600MW super-critical steam turbine through the air cooling system from the Binchang power generation for example, the analysis is made respecting to the classical operating-mode of wanning-up cylinder raising speed of turbine rotor changing load and the slip parameter shutdown. Essential concerning is also given respecting to the several classical operating-mode above.
