摘　　要：针对某电厂一台600MW汽轮发电机组滑环轴轴瓦(11号轴瓦)不稳定振动故障,详细介绍了11号轴瓦的振动特征,指出了造成不稳定振动的原因,采取了调整励发联轴器螺栓紧力、11号轴瓦紧力与顶隙等措施,取得了显著的效果。To solve unstable vibration of exciter shaft bearing （ No. 11 bearing） of one 600MW turbo-unit in one power plant, the vibration characteristics of No. 11 bearing are detailedly introduced and the causes of unstable vibration are found out . By adjusting screwed force of bolts of coupler between generator＇ s rotor and exciter＇ s rotor, screwed force and top clearance of No. 11 bearing and so on,prominent purpose has been achieved.
