摘 要:文章以南昌地区电镀、化工和钢铁三种典型的污染企业周边菜地红壤为研究对象,探讨污染企业周边重金属的植物可利用性和迁移转化规律,并分析其对蔬菜品质的影响。研究结果表明,污染企业周边菜地土壤Cu和Cd的超标率分别为53.57%和100%。土壤中Cu和Cd主要为残渣态和铁锰氧化态,而易被植物吸收的水溶性和可交换态含量较低。白菜体内的Cu含量未超过食品卫生标准,7.14%的样品中镉含量超标(n=28),且土壤-白菜中Cu和Cd呈极显著相关关系。在保证供试土壤理化性质近似一致的前提下,对白菜样品含水率、叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶等品质指标进行了分析。结果表明,白菜的含水率主要受水肥管理措施的影响;白菜叶片中的叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶可用以指示植物的铜、镉胁迫。Bioavailability and transformation of heavy metals in soils and its effect on the trait of vegetable around the polluting enterprises characterized by electroplating,chemical and iron steel industry in Nanchang peri-urban areas were discussed in this paper.The results indicated that Cu content of 53.57% and Cd content of 100% in the soil samples exceeded the second grade of Standards for Soil Environmental Quality of China.The main fractionations of the heavy metals in the soil were the residual form and Fe-Mn oxide combined form.The fractionation of soluble and exchangeable form which could be easily absorbed by plant was small.Cu content in pakchoi was below the Hygienic Standards for Food Security of P.R.China,while Cd content of 7.14% in the vegetable was above the standards(n=28).In addition,there was significant correlation between the soil and packchoi system.We selected some samples to analyze the trait index,whose physiochemical properties were approximately same.The results indicated that the moisture content in the pakchoi was determined by the nutrient and the moisture content in soil.The content of chlorophyll and peroxides(POD) in the plant can indicate stress of the Cu and Cd in the soils.
