新疆野生油菜无菌苗的无性繁殖研究

摘　　要：以新疆野生油菜18号无菌苗为材料,研究了其在武汉亚热带季风性湿润气候条件下的快速繁育技术,提出了以离体培养结合常规栽培技术快速繁殖新疆野生油菜的生产程序。结果表明,以中上部茎段为材料,采用无激素的MS培养基作为无性繁殖基质,在无菌苗生根后移栽成活容易。对下胚轴愈伤组织的诱导以MS+3mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+0.1mg/L GA3+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂培养基效果较好。Using the clonal propagation of Xinjiang wild rape No.18(Sinapis arvensis L.) as sample,rapid breeding technical was studied under subtropical monsoon humid climate condition in Wuhan.A production process which combine in vitro culture and conventional cultivation method were pointed out.The clonal propagation matrix should be MS medium without hormone,and transplanting timing should be after the asepsis seedling taking root in the culture medium.As for the induce of hypocotyl callus,MS+3mg/L 6-BA +0.1mg/L NAA+0.1mg/L GA3+3% sucrose+0.6% agar is better.
