摘　　要：重庆天然气净化总厂引进分厂天然气净化生产装置至今已运行将近30年,部分设备及管线腐蚀严重、工艺操作条件严重偏离原设计、装置运行成本高、装置能耗居高不下。经过2008年装置适应性改造之后,解决了上述存在的问题,装置运行更加平稳,有利于平稳供气,且装置操作灵活性增加。The natural gas purification device in Yinjin Branch Plant has been running for nearly 30 years.Part of the equipment and piping subjected to severe corrosion. which cause the device to unstable operation.Compared with the original design,great changes have taken place in the quality of raw gas.and current operating conditions deviate from the initial design value,these caused running difficulties of device and operation.high costs and high consumption of energy.In order to adapt to the changing conditions, to solve the problems existing in the device,and to guarantee the stable and safe gas supply,an adaptability technical reform was fulfilled during 2007 and 2008.
