摘　　要：引进分厂经过2008年适应性技术改造后,从美国BV公司引进的两套CBA硫磺回收装置,已经运行了近一年的时间。在这一年的运行过程中,我们总结出CBA硫磺回收装置在正常状况、应急状况下的一些操作经验,并针对装置在运行过程中出现的实际问题进行分析,提出解决措施,优化装置操作运行,为CBA硫磺回收装置在国内成功应用积累了操作经验。Through the adaptability of technical reform in 2008,two sets of CBA sulfur recovery units in Yinjin branch plant have been running for nearly one year, which were introduced from BV Company.Herein we summarize the operation experience of the device,analyze several problems of the device during operation,and put forward some optimizing operation condition,which can help to accumulate operation experience of CBA sulfur recovery units in China.
