皱瘤海鞘抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型活性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨皱瘤海鞘醇提物在体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-Ⅰ)的作用。方法以阿昔洛韦为阳性对照,利用Vero细胞体外增殖模型,通过细胞病变效应法(CPE)和四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法检测细胞活性,测定皱瘤海鞘醇提物抑制HSV-Ⅰ对Vero细胞感染的作用。结果皱瘤海鞘醇提物TC50值(半数致病变浓度)为7.778 mg/mL,综合药效IC50(半数抑病毒浓度)为0.230 mg/mL,治疗指数TI为33.8,具有高效低毒性;对HSV-Ⅰ具有很好的直接杀伤作用,对HSV-Ⅰ生物合成的抑制作用较小。结论皱瘤海鞘醇提物在体外具有良好的抗HSV-Ⅰ活性。Purpose To study the anti-HSV-Ⅰeffect of the ethanol extract of Styelec Plicata in vitro.Methods Taking advantage of model of Vero cell in vitro,the antivirus effects of the ethanol extract of Styelec Plicata on HSV-Ⅰ in Vero cells were evaluated by the CPE and MTT test.Results The TC50 value is 7.778 mg/mL and the IC50 value is 0.230 mg/mL for comprehensive efficacy of Styelec Plicata.The toxicity of the ethanol extract on the cells was low and its therapeutic indices were 33.8.It could directly kill HSV-Ⅰ but had weak inhibition on biosynthesis of HSV-Ⅰ.Conclusion The ethanol extract of Styelec Plicata has antiviral activity against HSV-Ⅰ in vitro.
