摘 要:目的:比较中药隔山消与预防龋齿最常用的药物氟化钠对牙齿脱矿速率的影响。方法:通过动力学实验比较牛切牙分别经隔山消和氟化钠处理后抗酸脱矿作用的强弱。结果:脱矿速率曲线图表明隔山消组脱矿最慢,氟化钠组次之,空白组最快,差异显著。结论:100mg/mL隔山消对牙齿有保护作用,抗龋效果比氟化钠(20mg/L)好,提示隔山消可有效防龋,值得进一步研究和开发。Objective: To compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Geranium Strictipes R.Kunth on the speed of the demineralization of teeth with that of Sodium Fluoride.Methods: Kinetics experiment was used to compare acid-resistant demineralization effects of Bovine incisor which was treated by Geranium Strictipes R.Kunth and Sodium Fluoride respectively.Results: There were significant differences in the demineralization effects between Sodium Fluoride group and Geranium strictipes R.Kunth group;the rate order of demineralization-Geranium stripe R.Kunth group Sodium Fluoride group deionised water group.Conclusion: The inhibiting demineralization effect of 100mg/mL Geranium stripe R.Kunth on teeth is better than that of 20mg/L Sodium Fluoride;the results suggest that Geranium Strictipes R.Kunth can effectively inhibit demineralization of teeth and is well worth exploiting.
