摘 要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描及后处理三维重建在胃肠道疾病方面的诊断价值。方法:收集65例经手术或内窥镜活检证实胃肠道疾病的MSCT三维重建并与大体病理解剖对照;所有病例均运用16层MSCT进行螺旋扫描,扫描后运用后处理图像技术多平面重建(MPR)、CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)、透明显示(Raysum)三维重建。结果:65例中后处理重建技术诊断准确39例;对病变大小、形态、癌肿向周围侵犯的程度、肿瘤灶周血供等情况清楚显示。结论:MSCT结合后处理三维重建技术在胃肠道疾病诊断方面具有一定的优势,尤其是胃肠道肿瘤的定位、病变累及的范围等具有较高的诊断价值。Objective: To explore the value of diagnosis in the gastrointestinal disease with Multi-slice Spiral CT and post processing 3D reconstruction.Methods: To collect the clinical data of 65 cases of 3D reconstruction with Multi-slice Spiral CT.All cases were confirmed by surgery,pathology,and compared with large patho-anatomy.The cases were also employed 16 Multi-slice Spiral CT scanning.After CT scanning,the cases were received multiplanar reconstruction,virtual endoscopy,resurfacing and raysum.Results: Of the 65 cases,39 cases were collectly diagnosed by post processing pictorial technique and were clearly displayed pathological changes of size and shape.Conclusion: Multi-slice Spiral CT combined with post processing pictorial technique has some advangtages in diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases and gastrointestinal tumor.
