摘  要:针对传统验证型外压容器失稳实验不足,开发一种设计型的外压容器失稳实验。通过在容器中安置一套带内加强板的可调节支撑装置,由学生自己设计调节方案,实现在不同加强结构形式下与实验对应的临界失稳压力和形态,根据实验结果验证其方案的可靠性。实际教学效果表明,开发的设计型实验更能激发学生的主观能动性,增强其动手能力和创新思维,可作为相关实验教学改革参考。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional verified type instability experiment of external pressure vessel,a new experimental scheme was proposed based on the design type concept.A set of adjustable supporting device with stiffener was embedded into the pressure vessel,and the stiffener was redesigned according to students own experiment plan,thus the different critical buckling pressure and its shape can be observed,the reliability of the scheme can be verified by experimental results.The practical teaching cases also indicated that the design type experiment could more stimulate students' initiative,and enhance their practical ability and innovative thinking,which can be used to reference on experimental reform of relevant teaching.
