摘　　要：介绍了单元化制造管理系统的设计和开发过程，针对柔性设计制造中心的特点，分析了设计、制造及管理信息模型和流程、整体规划系统功能，给出了重点解决的流程交互与资源信息的采集与转换、生产计划与控制的排产算法等。This paper introduces the designing and development process of Unit Manufacture Manage System. Based on the Characters of NAMC, it analyzes the model and process of design, manufacture and manage, as well as integrated planning system functions. Finally, flow interactive, acquisition and transformation of resource information as well as the scheduling algorithm for production plan and control are presented.
