甘肃临泽柠条锦鸡儿的开花生物学研究

摘　　要：对甘肃临泽柠条锦鸡儿的开花动态、花朵数量性状特征、繁育系统及访花者进行了定位观测,结果表明:在甘肃临泽,柠条锦鸡儿单朵花的花期为6 d,花粉—胚珠比(P/O)为7037—13046,繁育系统属于专性异交.按照杂交指数(OC I),繁育系统则属于异交、自交亲和、需要传粉者.去雄、套袋及人工授粉试验结果显示:柠条锦鸡儿没有自发的自花传粉现象,自然条件下也不存在无融合生殖行为,人工同株异花和异株异花传粉均可结实,去雄、不套袋对座果状况无明显影响.在临泽柠条锦鸡儿植株上记录到的访花昆虫至少有10种,以膜翅目昆虫为主,最常见的访花者有意大利蜜蜂、鼠尾草无垫蜂、七黄斑蜂等.The flowering dynamics,characteristics of functional floral morphology,breeding system and flower visitors of Caragana korshinskii Kom.population which grew in Linze of Gansu were studied.The main results were as follows：The life span of the single flower was about 6 days.The pollen-ovule ratio（P/O） of C.korshinskii Kom.in Linze was 7037—13046.This P/O indicated that the breeding system of C.korshinskii Kom.was obligate outcrossing.The outcrossing index（OCI） of C.korshinskii Kom.in Linze was 3,4 or 5,which indicated that the breeding system of C.korshinskii Kom.was outcrossing,self-compatible and demanding for pollinators.The results of emasculation,bagging and artificial pollination also indicated that there were no fruit-set when the inflorescences were bagged,unemasculated,without artificial pollination treatments.When the inflorescences of C.korshinskii Kom.were unbagged,unemasculated,natural pollinated,or bagged,emasculated,and with artificial cross-pollination,or unbagged,emasculated,and natural pollinated,there were some fruits produced,which showed that there were no automatically self-pollination and no apomixis in C.korshinskii Kom.More than 10 species of floral visiting insects were observed on inflorescences of C.korshinskii Kom.in Linze.The most common flower visitors were Hymenoptera,such as Apis mellifera,Amegilla salviae and Anthidium septemspinosum etc.
