摘　　要：抗癌中药的使用已成为中医肿瘤临床重要的治疗手段,不同抗癌中药配伍可能具有协同或拮抗作用,开展抗癌中药配伍研究具有重要意义。当前抗癌中药配伍研究主要集中在下述几个方面:传统中医药理论指导下的配伍研究,中药药理研究为基础的配伍研究,经验方为基础的拆方配伍研究,以及中西药联用的抗癌配伍研究等。积极探索抗癌中药的配伍规律,可为中药抗癌临床疗效的提高提供新思路。In addition to syndrome differentiation based treatment,the use of anti-cancer herbs has become an important principle for cancer treatment.However,combination of different anticancer herb or herb and anti-cancer durgs may elicite synergisic or antagonistic therapeutic effects.There is a growing significance to explore the compatibility rule of anti-cancer herbs.This review focuses on a number of reports of anti-cancer herb-herb or herb-drug interactions,such as TCM theory based combinations,pharmacological study based compatibilitiy,dissection of empirical formulae,or herbdrug combinations.Related studies may provide new clue and basis to improve clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
