板茂铝土矿地质特征及成因分析

摘　　要：板茂地区铝土矿由原生铝土矿和堆积铝土矿组成,原生矿产于二叠系上统吴家坪组底部、下与上石炭统威宁组呈风化不整合接触,属于沉积铝土矿,具有中铝、高铁、高硫等特点;堆积铝土矿分布在原生铝土矿周围的第四系松散层中,是由原生铝土矿风化剥蚀堆积而成,具有中铝、高铁、低硫等特点。阐述了板茂铝土矿的地质特征及其成因,对该区及其外围寻找新的铝土矿资源具有重要的指导意义。Banmao bauxite deposit is composed of primary bauxite and accumulated bauxite.Geologieal characteristics of them are described in detail and their geneses are analyzed.The primary bauxite,with the characteristics of middle aluminum,high iron,and high sulfur and so on,is sedimentary bauxite and exists at the bottom of the Wujiaping group of Upper Permian and contacts discordantly the weathering erosion surface of the Weining group of the Upper Carboniferous down.The accumulated bauxite comes from the sedimentary bauxite and is located in the loose layer of Quaternary Period around it and with the characteristics of middle aluminum,high iron,and low sulfur and so on.The author expounded the characteristics and geneses of Banmao bauxite deposit,which will merit greatly finding other new bauxite.
