摘  要:硅热法炼镁工艺作为主流炼镁方法,由白云石煅烧、硅热法还原及结晶镁精炼铸锭三大工序构成。作为镁冶金三大工序之首,白云石煅烧是镁冶金能耗和排放的重点关注环节之一。本文在对白云石煅烧过程进行热平衡分析的基础上,指出了该工序节能减排的可能途径;然后在对我国镁产业白云石煅烧技术及设备的能耗和排放特点进行评述的基础上,介绍了近期的节能减排技术研发成果及其应用现状,并讨论了技术及装备的发展动向。Silicothermic method,as the main stream technique for Mg reduction in Chinese Mg smelters,consists of three main processes named dolomite calcination,silicothermic reduction and crystallized Mg refinement and ingot casting.The energy saving and emission control become a serious concern in the first process of Mg smelting.In the present study,the potentials for energy saving and emission control have been pointed out based on a systematic analysis of the heat balance in the calcination.Then,the characteristics of energy saving and emission control of the main technologies and equipments currently in use were discussed.Finally the progresses in the development of energy saving and emission control techniques and their application were reviewed,and new tendencies in the technologies and equipments were proposed.
