摘　　要：福建是中国主要温泉地所在。近几年来,正在大力发展温泉产业。台湾温泉产业较为成熟,台商和台资对福建温泉产业领域的进入,不但带来资金,而且带来较为前沿的规划设计,市场开发和经营管理的技术和理念。本文着重对福州、厦门和漳州这三个温泉富集地的台资温泉度假产业的开发和运营进行分析研究,企图使大陆业界对其运作内在有所了解,以便借鉴。Fujian is a main seat of the hot spring clusters of China and has been devoting itself to the development of the hot spring industry these years.Taiwan possesses an advanced hot spring industry,the entry of its investors and capital into relative industry of Fujian not only bring in funds but also advanced ideas,thoughts and technology in design、exploitation and management.This article makes a thorough study on the exploitation and management of the hot spring industry invested by Taiwan enterprises in Fuzhou、Xiamen and Zhangzhou.,which possess rich mines of hot springs,trying to reveal essence of their operation to the relative industry of mainland so that they can take their experience for reference.
