关于重庆市环保产业发展现状的分析与思考

摘　　要：当前重庆市环保产业正处于快速成长时期,寻求更加完善的产业发展模式并加紧实施是当务之急。本文通过分析世界环保产业的发展形势和重庆市环保产业的发展现状,在借鉴发达国家先进环保经验的基础上,针对目前重庆市环保产业发展中存在的环保投资和产业结构不合理、产业经济规模小、技术开发滞后等问题,提出了合理调整产业结构、实行中小企业联合与兼并、大力发展低碳经济示范区等适合重庆市环保产业发展的对策性建议。The environmental protection industry of Chongqing is being in its infancy,since that it is a priority to seek a more comprehensive development strategy and implement it intensly.This paper analyzed the present development condition in this field seriously and compared them with the advanced experiences abroad that we have drawed extensively.Aiming at the current problems existed and the overseas advanced experiences,which environmental protection investment and industrial structure are irrational,industrial economy scale is so small and the environmental technical level is lag behind,ect.Some development measures,such as modify the industry structure,integrate and annex medium-sized and small enterprises,devolep the low-carbon economy field energetically,were brought forward.
