试论转型期官民之和谐

摘　　要：中国的官与民在几千年的历史里几乎一直是对立的,而这传统的遗毒现在则体现为一种官僚主义作风的扩张。在当今中国的这个转型时期,官民之间的冲突因制度的不完善和有些官员的处理方式不当,已经成为社会的严重问题。试图以农民与官员的冲突为例予以分析,并尝试构筑起官民和谐的途径。In China, opposite relationship has almost existed between officer and citizens all the same in the history of several thousand year, particularly, officer and peasant. Nowadays, this traditional cancer has another variability shape, i.e., endless expansion of bureaucratism. What＇s worse, this conflict between officer and peasant become acute in the times of reform and change, as a result of imperfect political system and behavior. So this passage tries to take example of the conflict between officer and peasant, in order to analyse and come up with some valuable solutions.
