几种常见水产药品对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼的急性毒性试验

摘　　要：采用静水法,用高锰酸钾、二溴海因、CuSO4+FeSO4合剂(5:2)、敌百虫、阿维菌素、二氧化氯共6种常见水产药品对体长(5.73±1.50)cm、体重(2.00±0.32)g的日本黄姑鱼(Nibea japonica)幼鱼进行了急性毒性试验,得出6种药品对其24、48、96h的半致死浓度,高锰酸钾为1.37、1.26、1.24mg/L,二溴海因为10.59、8.61、7.86mg/L,CuSO4+FeSO4合剂为2.57、1.76、1.43mg/L,敌百虫为1.72、1.43、1.18mg/L,阿维菌素为0.30、0.23、0.19mg/L,二氧化氯为3.34、2.81、1.67mg/L;6种药物的安全浓度依次为0.12、0.79、0.14、0.12、0.02、0.17mg/L。The acute toxicity of the six aquacuhural drugs to juvenile Nibea japonica [ body length （5.73 ± 1.50） em, body weight （2.00 ± 0.32）g] was tested under the hydrostatic conditions,The results showed that the median lethal concentrations （ LC50 ） of potassium permanganate, dibromo hydantoin, cupric sulfate ferrous sulfate mixture （5：2 ） , Dibaichong, abameetin and chlorine dioxide for 24 h ,48 h and 96 h to Juvenile Nibea japonica were 1.37, 1.26 and 1.24mg/L;10.59,8.61 and 7.86 mg/L; 2.57.1.76 and 1.43 mg/L; 1.72.1.43 and 1. 18 mg/L; 0. 30,0.23 and 0.19 mg/L; 3.34,2.81 and 1.67 mg/L respectively; and the security concentration were 0.12, 0. 79,0.14,0.12,0.02 and 0.17 mg/L,respectively.
