摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法与共毒系数法测定了茶皂素、甲霜灵及其混剂对黄瓜疫病菌的室内毒力以及增效比率(SR),同时测定了混剂对黄瓜疫病田间小区接种防治效果。结果表明:茶皂素与甲霜灵有效成分质量比为4:6和3:7时对病菌菌丝具有较强的抑制作用,SR分别为2.53和1.76,为显著增效作用,且茶皂素与甲霜灵混剂(4:6)对黄瓜疫病田间小区接种防治效果显著优于2种单剂及对照药剂。The co-toxicity of tea saponin and metalaxyl to Phytophthora melonis was determined by the use of mycelium growth rate method and co-toxicity coefficient method.Meanwhile,the inoculation experiment of the mixture to such pathogens was also studied in the field.The results showed that the best mixed ratio of tea saponin and metalaxyl to inhibit mycelium growth of P.melonis was 4:6 and 3:7,and its synergistic ratios(SR) were 2.53 and 1.76,respectively.The results of inoculation test in the field showed that the controlling efficiency of the mixture at the ratio of 4:6 was obvious higher than that of the individual treatments of two fungicides and control medicament(dimethomorph).
