摘　　要：分析了零件的结构尺寸和工艺要求,介绍了多工位级进模具的总体结构、主要零部件和排样方案。模具采用大力弹压卸料板和活动凸模结构形式。模具结构紧凑,工作平稳,生产效率高。The structural technology of production was analyzed and a multi-position progresssive die was developed. The total structure main parts and components and blank layout scheme of the die were described. The die is characterized by the combination of stronger spring stripper plate and movable male die structure, and it is compact in structure, stable and simple in operation, and has a high production efficiency.
