摘　　要：国务院办公厅《医药卫生体制五项重点改革2009年工作安排》中明确要求"制定100种常见疾病临床路径并在全国50家医院开展试点工作"。但目前一些试点医院在认识上尚不统一,试点进程差异较大,亟待改进。Work Arrangements for the Reform of the Medical and Health Care System in Five Key Aspects （2009） issued by the General Office of the State Council clearly requires the nation ＂to draw up clinical pathways for 100 kinds of common diseases, and pilot in 50 selected hospitals.＂ However, so far, due to some misunderstanding some of the pilot hospitals still have, the progress differs in different places, which urgently needs improvements.
