摘  要:目的了解血培养阳性主要科室的分布情况及致病菌种类分布和耐药情况,为临床合理选择抗生素、有效治疗感染患者提供科学依据。方法利用BD9120全自动血培养仪和VITEK细菌鉴定仪进行血培养及细菌鉴定分析,用K-B法进行药敏试验。结果 1320例血培养标本中,检出细菌136例,检出率为10.3%,其中血液科、肝炎感染科和重症监护病房(ICU)阳性检出率位列前3名,分别为56例(41.2%)、10例(7.4%)、9例(6.6%)。大肠埃希菌、绿脓杆菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的检出率位居前3名,占菌株总检出率的70.8%。药敏结果显示绝大部分检出的细菌均有耐药情况出现。结论临床应重视患者的早期血培养检验且根据药敏试验结果,合理使用抗生素。Objective Objective:To investigate the distribution and the drug resistance of pathogens from blood cultures to provide evidences for clinical anti-infection treatment. Methods The positive rate of bacteria culture were calculated by using auto-matic blood culture meter and identifieation of bacteria meter from BD corporate and the antibiotics resistance proportion of various bacterium analyzed from blood culture utilizing the method of K-B method. Results Altogether 126 positive specimens were isolated from 1320 blood cultures. 56 were isolated from hematology department(41, 2%), 10 were from hepatitis infection department (7.4 %)while 9 were from ICU(6.6%). Esch-erichia Coll, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and coagulase-negative staphylococci were arranged the top three. Most of the bacteria show highly resistance and multiple drug resistance, antibiotic therapy. Conclusion Clinical should pay more attention on the early blood cultures and monitored according to the detected results.
