摘　　要：目前的工作流管理系统得到广泛应用，业务逻辑通常由服务器软件实现，不够灵活和直观。通过分析工作流各个环节和要素，找出它们与数据库和WEB交互页面之间的关系，提出了一种依靠数据库和WEB页面实现工作流管理软件的框架。根据实际业务功能建立业务数据表和对应WEB业务功能页面，用WEB业务功能页面维护业务数据的一致性和完整性：依照工作流管理的功能要求设计系统数据表和表间关系，用存储过程和函数维护工作流系统数据的一致性和完整性。这种方法可以实现功能完备、灵活的工作流管理系统。Workflow management system has already been widely used today. It＇s logical is always realized in server software, it is not flexible and not easy to learn. By analyzing the component of workflow and its cl~aracter, finding the relationship with database and WEB ihnction, a sketcher of workflow management system based on database and WEB page is approved. In this sketcher, business tables and related function web pages are created according to business requirement, system tables and relationship among them are establish according to workfiow management. The business data＇s integrity and consistency are maintained by store produce and workflow system data＇s are maintained by function Web pages. A completed and flexible workflow management system could be developed by this method.
