摘　　要：视频天气会商利用气象业务通信网络实现多点间或点对点实时、声音、图像、图形、文档和程序共享等功能的天气会商形式；不同地方的预报员如同置身于同一会商室，能够自由的面对面进行对话、讨论、分析天气形势，特别是重要天气临近演变过程，共同做好常规和特殊天气预报及服务工作。该文从天气会商与会议业务需求、系统设计原则、系统结构和业务拓展性方面，简单介绍广东省气象局天气预报视频会商系统的方案设计。Weather Forecast Video conferences make use of Meteorological Business Communications network to Realize the Function of Weather Forecast conferences Shape such as points to points or point to point Real time, Voice, Images, graphics, documents and procedures for sharing and so on.the Forecasters from different places As exposure to the same consultation room,they can face to face dialogue, discussion, analysis of the weather situation freely, Specifically the important evolution of weather approaching, Do a good job of conventional and special weather forecasts and services together.
