摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVP/[La(NO3)3+Al(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维,经过800℃焙烧8h热处理后成功制备出大量的LaAlO3纳米纤维。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM、SAED、FTIR等测试技术对样品进行了系统地表征。结果表明,PVP/[La(NO3)3+Al(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维为非晶态,所制备的LaAlO3纳米纤维为菱形晶系,空间群为R3m。PVP/[La(NO3)3+Al(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维表面光滑,平均直径约为180nm;LaAlO3纳米纤维的平均直径为80nm,长度大于300μm。LaAlO3纳米纤维由纳米粒子构成,纳米粒子平均直径为15nm,为多晶结构。对LaAlO3纳米纤维的形成机理进行了讨论。PVP/[La(NO3) 3 + Al(NO3) 3] composite fibers were prepared via electrospinning,and large-scale LaAlO3 nanofibers were fabricated by calcination of the relevant composite nanofibers at 800 ℃ for 8 h.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM,SAED,FTIR techniques.The results indicate that PVP/[La(NO3) 3 + Al(NO3) 3]composite nanofibers were amorphous,and LaAlO3 nanofibers were rhombohedral with space group R3m.The surface of the as-prepared composite nanofibers was smooth,and the diameter of the composite nanofibers was about 180 nm.The diameter of the LaAlO3 nanofibers was about 80 nm,and the length was greater than 300 μm.Polycrystalline LaAlO3 nanofibers were composed of nanoparticles,the size of the nanoparticles was 15 nm.The formation mechanism of LaAlO3 nanofibers was also discussed.
