摘 要:分析了碱-矿渣水泥的水化凝结特点及快凝的主要影响因素,介绍了碱-矿渣水泥缓凝物质的研究情况。认为缓凝物质的缓凝特点如下:(1)在水化初期,缓凝物质快速与碱矿渣水泥中的离子发生化学反应,形成保护膜,同时降低溶液中Ca2+的浓度,阻止碱组分与矿渣的快速水化生成C-S-H凝胶;(2)引入带电荷的阴阳粒子,在电荷斥力作用下延缓Ca2+的移动速度,或降低硅酸根离子的静电引力,从而阻止C-S-H凝胶的生成,延迟硅酸根离子的聚合,以达到缓凝的效果。The characteristics of hydration and setting of alkali-activated slag cement and the main factors influencing the rapid setting were analysed.The rsearch in retarding materials of alkali-activated slag cement were introduced.The features of retarder was presented as follows:(1) In the beginning of hydration,the retarder rapidly reacts with the ions in alkali-activated slag cement to form protective film and reduce the concentration of calcium ions.Consequently,the formation of C-S-H slows down.(2) Anions and cations are introduced to alkali-activated slag cement,which,under the charge repulsion,can delay the movement speed of Ca2+ or reduce the electrostatic attraction of [SiO4]4-,thereby preventing the formation of C-S-H gel,delay the polymerization of [SiO4]4-,to achieve the effect of retardation.
