摘  要:以天然矿物透锂长石为主要原料,添加适量高岭土、石英、氧化锌和碳酸钡等原料,研制了透锂长石质低膨胀陶瓷坯和釉配方。通过研究坯体的吸水率、体积密度等性能与烧成温度之间的关系,确定了基本烧成制度。透锂长石质低膨胀陶瓷可在1310℃下保温30min烧结。坯料配方中透锂长石的加入量为60%和适量高岭土和石英,坯体热膨胀系数为0.95×10-6/℃,抗折强度达82MPa;釉料配方中透锂长石70%,添加适量石英、高岭土、滑石、氧化锌和碳酸钡,能制备出与坯体具有良好适应性,膨胀系数为0.88×10-6/℃,呈丝绢光泽的低膨胀釉,其白度达到67.8,显微硬度为525kg/mm2。The body and glaze's formula of petalite ceramic with low thermal expansion was prepared by using natural mineral petalite as raw materials and adding proper amount of kaolin,quartz,zinc oxide and barium carbonate.The firing system was confirmed by investigating on the relationship among the water-absorptivity,bulk density and the sintered temperature.Petalite ceramic are sintered at 1310 ℃ with 30 min soaking time.When the content of petalite is 60% and proper kaolin and quartz content,the thermal expansion coefficient of body is 0.95 × 10-6 /℃,the flexural strength is 82 MPa.The glaze having good adaptability with body was obtained containing 70% petalite and proper quartz,kaolin,talc,zinc oxide and barium carbonate content,whose thermal expansion coefficient is 0.88 × 10-6 /℃,the whiteness of surface is 67.8 and micro-hardness is 525 kg/mm2.
