摘 要:本文提出了两种通过跟踪监测水泥浆体超声波速和介电常数研究水泥早期水化过程的新方法。研究结果表明:超声波传播速度和介电常数受到水泥水化过程的影响,可以间接反应固、液、气三相的体积比例与分布。根据超声波速变化规律可以将水泥的水化过程分为5个阶段,分别对应潜伏期、加速期、减速期、终凝期和稳定期。水泥水化程度愈高,生成水化产物数量愈多,超声波速愈大。水泥砂浆的介电常数随水化龄期逐渐减小,并与水泥净浆的超声波传播速率线性相关。The early age hydration of portland cement paste and mortar was continuously monitored by measuring the ultrasound velocity and the dielectric constant.The experimental results show that the ultrasound velocity and the dielectric constant are clearly affected by the hydration of cement.They are closely related to the distribution and volume fractions of solid,liquid and gas phases in the materials.The hydration process of portland cement at early ages is divided into five stages,namely the dormant period,acceleration,deceleration,final setting and stabilization period.The change rate of the ultrasound velocity is mainly influenced by the hydration degree of cement.The higher hydration degrees result in larger ultrasound velocities.The dielectric constant of portland cement mortar decreases with increasing hydration ages,and is linearly related to the ultrasound velocity of cement paste with the same water to cement ratio.
