摘　　要：针对传统数据导出方法存在处理文档不统一、执行时间长、实现复杂、同步性差等问题,提出运用外观模式,把处理Word文档的JACOB包和处理Excel文档的POI包封装起来,组成一个新的JP类包,并阐述该JP类包封装的具体过程及实现代码.实验结果表明,该JP类包实现了数据导出的同步性,解决了传统的一次只能调用一种文档处理方式的情况,提高了数据导出的速度,极大方便了用户日常工作中的常用操作.The traditional methods of data export have some disadvantages, including dealing with documents disunity, long execution time, complicated implementation and poor synchronization. To overcome these problems, a new method using JP class package is presented. With facade pattern, the JP class package consists of JACOB （JA- VA-COM bridge） package dealing with word documents and POI （poor obfuscation implementation） package dealing with Excel documents. And then concrete procedure and implementation code of encapsulation with JP class package are explained. Experimental results showed that with JP class package the synchronicity of data export was implemented, traditional document processing mode which can only deal with one kind of documents every time was solved, the speed of data export was improved, and the user＇s common operations in daily work was largely facilitated.
