摘　　要：采用等体积浸渍法制备了MoO3/SiO2负载型催化剂,并用于催化乙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应。考察了反应条件对乙酸转化率的影响。结果表明,适宜的反应条件为反应时间3h、原料醇酸比为4:1、催化剂用量为1.0g,乙酸的转化率为95%左右,乙酸正丁酯的选择性为100%,催化剂可重复使用。MoO3/SiO2 catalyst was prepared by equivalent-volumetic impregnation method,and was used as catalyst to synthesize n-butyl acetate from acetic acid and butanol.The results showed that the optional reaction conditions were as follows：molar ratio of butanol and acetic acid 4：1,reaction time 3h,catalyst amount 1.0g.The conversion rate of acetic acid could reach 95%,the selectivity of n-butyl acetate was 100%,The catalyst can be reused directly for 5 times.
