摘　　要：卫生制度改革是当今世界的热点问题。在文献综述的基础上,主要分析了美国、巴西和古巴卫生制度的改革趋势。借鉴以上国家的经验,结合我国实际,提出了建立我国基本医疗卫生制度的原则和策略。Healthcare system reform is a hot issue nowadays in the world.Based on the literature review,the healthcare system reform situations of the United States,Brazil and Cuban are analyzed.Through taking reference of the experience of the countries above and combining with the actual situation in China,the principles and countermeasures of establishing basic healthcare system in China have been proposed.
