摘　　要：潍坊市普及基本医疗卫生制度实验研究,在构建四梁八柱的基础上,向居民提供"小病社区低收费,大病住院有保险,公共卫生政府管"的基本医疗卫生服务产品。介绍了潍坊市基本医疗卫生制度实践模型构建的实践经验和做法。In the pilot study of implementing basic medical and health care system in Weifang City,outpatient services,inpatient services and public health services are provided as the main health services product for the residents.The practice and experience of Weifang City is introduced to provide basic medical and public health services.
