摘　　要：目前,许多大型的档案馆、资料室已经实现了计算机管理,但在海洋地质系统,很多单位还在沿用传统的手工管理模式,新形势下急需实现海洋地质档案资料的计算机管理。海洋地质资料室通常规模不大,档案资料专业性强,分类相对简单,这就使其在实现计算机管理时有着独特的优越性。结合工作实践,对海洋地质档案资料实现计算机管理的认识和可行性步骤进行探讨。Computer management has been widely adopted in large archivess up to date,However,the traditional manual management system continues to be used in marine geological institutions.It is a urgent need to carry out computer management of marine geological files as soon as possible.Marine geological archives have advantages to adopt computer management since they are not too large,of narrow coverange and simply to be classified.Upon practice a feasible design for computer management of marine geological files are proposed in this paper.
