中压联醇串等高压甲醇甲烷化技术的工程应用

摘　　要：简要介绍中压联醇串高压甲醇甲烷化技术的特点和采用该技术取代铜洗工艺对原合成氨系统进行改造及初步运行情况。改造后的运行情况充分显示该技术具有操作简单、运行稳定、能耗低、净化效果好等特点,基本实现三废"零排放",吨氨成本下降约60元。The features of the technology of isotactic high-pressure methanalization-methanation medium-pressure intergrated methanol process plus is briefly described. And revamping of existing ammonia plant by using the technology instead of cuprammonium washing process and its primary operation conditions are presented. The operation conditions after revamping show fully that the technoloy has the characteristics of easy operating, stable running, low energy consumption, fine purification effect and so on, zero wastes discharge is basically realized, the cost of per ton ammonia is dropped by about 60 yuan.
