摘 要:以东方系(Oriental hybrids)的28个引种百合品种为试验材料,观测构成百合品质的18个主要数量性状,并借助SPSS统计分析软件进行了相关分析和主成分分析,研究了各性状间的相互关系,探讨了它们之间的量化关系,并对各品种进行评价。研究结果表明:各相关性状之间存在着错综复杂的相关关系,百合引种栽培生产育种中应注意株高、地径、花蕾数等的选择。主成分分析将原l8个性状所有信息归纳为4个主成分,前4个成分的累计方差的贡献率为74.155%。两种分析共同揭示了百合各因子的性状组成,为筛选和培育适合本地区的优良品种提供理论依据。In this research,eighteen major quantitative traits constitute a lily-quality from 28 lily cultivars of Oriental sections were observed,and the methods of correlation and the principal component analysis were applied by the statistic software SPSS. The interaction and the quantitative relationship between traits were explored,and the comprehensive evaluation of all varieties was showed. The results indicated that there was a complex relationship between the relevant traits,the choice of the plant height,diameter,and number of flower bud should be particularly considered in the lily cultivation of production and breeding. Four principal component factors affecting lily quality were selected,the percent of cumulative variance of four principal components came up to 74.155%. Two kinds of analysis revealed the trait composition of each factor,and offered the theoretical foundation for the lily breeding and fine varieties choosing.
